Norfolk line,
a relative newcomer to the Dover cross channel routes,
has made quite an impact on the car ferry market.
The Dover-Dunkerque passenger operation was inaugurated
in May 2000 and the service will shortly celebrate
its third anniversary.
The fleet currently consists
of 3 vessels, and allows for up to 10 sailings daily,
offering one of the most modern services across
the channel. During the 120-minute crossing, you
can take advantage of the Norfolk line vessels'
modern features including a spacious lounge, restaurant,
sleeper seats, bar, bureau de change, satellite
television, video lounge and a shop.
Norfolk line concentrates on the needs of motorists
and their passengers, accommodating cars, caravans/trailers,
motor homes and motorcycles and do not carry foot
passengers or coach groups. This means no long queues
at the bar or restaurant and no crowded gangways.
